Is it really free during alpha?
Yes, completely. Every family in the Fall 2026 alpha gets full access to all features at no cost. We are building this with a small group of real families, and we want nothing in the way of that relationship. Billing starts at public launch.
What does "founding pricing locked forever" mean?
If you join during the alpha or at public launch, the price you see today is the price you pay for as long as you stay subscribed, regardless of how our pricing evolves. We think that is the right way to treat people who took a chance on us early.
How many children can I add on the Family plan?
Unlimited. Whether you have two kids or eight, the Family plan covers all of them. No per-child pricing, no awkward family size tiers. One flat price, your whole family.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, you are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. If you downgrade, changes take effect at the next renewal.
What if I use a curriculum that isn't in your library?
Family and Co-op plans include custom curriculum entry. You can enter your own lesson structure manually. We are also adding to the pre-loaded library constantly. Tell us what you use and we will prioritize it.
What is included in state compliance documents?
MySyllabus generates attendance logs, subject hour summaries, and portfolio-ready records that meet the documentation requirements for most states. We are building state-specific templates and expanding coverage through 2026.
How does the Co-op plan work for families?
One account holds up to 10 member families. The coordinator has visibility into all family dashboards and can manage shared curriculum and scheduling. Each member family still has their own private profile.
